TOPSTEP STAIRCASE

TOPSTEP staircase systems have been produced in Velká Bíteš since 2001. Production is carried out in the country with a unique technology called postforming, thanks to which TOPSTEP staircases achieve first-class quality and long durability. We pride ourselves not only on superior workmanship, but also on selecting high-quality materials for every component of our systems. All our products are carefully designed to be as easy to assemble as possible and market-leading in their price/performance ratio. ‍WHY A TOPSTEP STAIRCASE?

Reconstruction or construction?‍

If you need to build a new staircase, there is nothing easier than using our CEMVIN STEP staircase construction set. Individual parts are made of high-quality fibre-cement boards, which are self-supporting and fireproof. Construction itself is dry and the stairs are walkable immediately after installation.

If you are looking for a way to reconstruct an existing staircase quickly and without structural modifications, or to give a nice facade to a bare CEMVIN STEP construction set, the TOPSTEP cladding system is the ideal solution. Can be applied to any substrate and stair shape. In addition, thanks to its sophisticated design, it solves the problem of a squeaky or uneven substrate.

Cladding material

The solid part of the cladding is made of high-quality fibreboard, which is very stable in shape. Highly durable laminate or customer-supplied vinyl is applied to the surface of the boards.  The laminate we apply is completely maintenance-free (unlike other staircase materials, there is no need for regular maintenance in the form of sanding, care, or painting), highly resistant to scratches or dents, and to commonly available household chemicals. Moreover, it does not change colour over time. The properties of vinyl are also generally very good, although resistance to surface damage may vary slightly depending on the quality of the material.

Unique manufacturing process

Thanks to the unique processing of the cladding’s surface layer (laminate or vinyl) on the postforming machines, the cladding tiles have a completely unique rounded step edge. This curvature extends the life of the staircase many times over compared to conventional stairs, whose sharp edge causes the surface material to break and therefore suffer relatively early abrasion.

Wide range of decors and profiles, with matching accessories

TOPSTEP staircase cladding systems can be matched to any interior, not only in colour but also in shape. We offer 6 different stair profiles from simple modern forms to others with prominent nosing. In terms of colour and style there are more than 20 different decors to choose from – wood, marble, and single-colour. We also offer a range of accessories such as stainless steel banisters with optional handrails in the colour of the decor, or built-in LED lighting in individual steps.
