Business Information

Returns (credit note) or exchanges of purchased goods can only be made under the following conditions:

• the request for return of goods was sent in writing, including a copy of the delivery note or invoice (email, fax, etc.)
• a 15% handling fee will be charged on the value of the returned goods
• in case of exchange for goods of equal or higher value, a handling fee of 10% of the returned goods' value will be charged
• the consent of an authorized person is required for returns
• returns are only possible within 2 months of goods receipt
• it is not an atypical product (custom production, extended piping, different insulation cuff, etc.)
• the customer, with the consent of an authorized person, delivered the returned goods to the TOPWET s.r.o. headquarters at their own expense
• the goods were returned undamaged and in their original packaging; in case of damaged packaging, a fee of 50 CZK/piece will be charged for packaging destruction
• the credit note is valid for 30 days
