Terms and Conditions

Returns or exchanges of purchased goods are only possible under the following conditions:

1. A written request for return must be submitted, including a copy of the delivery note or invoice (e-mail, fax, etc.).
2. A handling fee of 15% of the value of the returned goods will be charged for returns.
3. The credit note will be payable within 30 days.
4. For exchanges of goods of the same or higher value, a handling fee of 10% of the value of the returned goods will be charged.
5. Return or exchange requires approval from an authorized person.
6. Goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. If the packaging is damaged, a fee of CZK 50 per item will be charged.
7. Returns are only accepted within 2 months of receiving the goods.
8. Custom-made or atypical products (e.g., bespoke items, extended pipes, special insulation collars, etc.) are not eligible for return.
9. The customer must, after approval from an authorized person, deliver the returned goods at their own expense to the headquarters of TOPWET s.r.o.
