TOPWET Group Divisions

We are a group of manufacturing companies supplying construction components and accessories through five independent divisions. Our internal processes are designed to ensure that the final price of our products and services is a pleasant surprise for you. The processing of your personal data is therefore similar across our entire group, and these privacy principles apply across all our websites:

General Personal Data Processing

Our websites primarily serve to present our products and establish contacts with business partners – usually entrepreneurs. In some divisions, consumers may order products directly, in the same way as on any other e-shop.

Accordingly, personal data is processed mainly when using contact information, inquiry forms, or making direct purchases. To understand whether our website and products interest you, cookies may be stored on your device. We use these statistical data to optimize our website. Details on personal data processing are provided below for each specific purpose. In any case, you can be assured that your data will be securely stored and will not be sold to any third party for their own use.

Disclosure of Personal Data

We may be legally required to share your personal data with public authorities, particularly in connection with tax regulations.

We may also share your data with carefully selected processors – partners involved in data processing based on their ability to handle your data legally and securely. Processors are used mainly for accounting, tax purposes, legal consulting, and data storage.

Contacting Us

Whether you contact us by email, in writing, by phone, or via a contact form on our website, your provided data will be stored. This is necessary for taking measures prior to entering into any potential contract between us.

Your data will be used solely to respond to your inquiries and potentially establish contractual cooperation if our products interest you. We process the data to the extent you provide it. Naturally, the more information we have, the smoother our communication and the better we can offer optimal solutions.

If no further cooperation occurs, collected data will be deleted no later than one year after the last communication. Telephone calls to our customer service line may also be recorded to improve our services, and you will be informed about the recording at the start of the call. Recordings are kept for three months for evaluation purposes. You may object to this processing at any time.

Purchasing in the E-Shop

If you choose to purchase products from our website, your data will be processed to fulfill your order, as this is necessary for our contractual obligations.

You can select a delivery method. If you choose shipping, your data will be shared with the selected carrier for delivery purposes. If you choose an online payment method, your payment data will be processed by the payment provider, and we will not have access to it for security reasons.

Providing mandatory data is required to complete your order. Personal data will also be stored in our accounting records in accordance with legal requirements. Based on our legitimate interests, personal data may be retained for the statute of limitations to protect our legal claims. You may object to this processing at any time.

Business Cooperation

If you cooperate with us as a bulk buyer, your personal data will be processed to fulfill our contractual obligations. If you are a legal entity, we may also process personal data of your employees or board members. Some data may be processed to comply with accounting and tax regulations. Personal data may also be retained after cooperation ends, based on our legitimate interests to protect our claims. You may object to this processing at any time.

User Account

Regular customers may create a user account to simplify future purchases. Your data will be stored in our system and accessible via your username and password. You may delete your account at any time, and associated data will also be removed unless required for other purposes. You can update your personal data in your account.

Commercial Communications

Occasionally, we may send information about new products based on legitimate interests if you have not opted out. You will receive no more than one email per month. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link at the end of each email or by contacting us directly.
